Merry Christmas to everyone who reads this blog and thank you for all your comments which are hugely valuable to me and helped me get back on track after falling off the wagon.
I stayed the same at my weigh in last Thursday but I'm not too disappointed with that. I am determined though that 2009 will be my year to slim down and hopefully have another baby.
I have struggled this year with medical problems that are down to my weight but after some blood test results I received yesterday have made me realise that whilst the problem can be solved I need to do my part too by losing the weight. I am hoping to lose as much weight as possible so that I can pregnant and have another child.
My doctor has prescribed me Clomid which will help things along as I have not been ovulating each month so hopefully I can post some nappy news in 2009 lol!! I really think it will be a great year and I am full of enthusiasm that I will lose as much weight as I can safely and healthily and eating more sensibly.
I am starting over again on 1st January 2009 but am not going to go mad in the meantime as I don't want to undo all my work so far. I am also determined to do more exercise too.
I have just been reading Bryher's blog and she is a huge inspiration to me and shows me that I can do it too. I haven't been terribly good at keeping up with blogs lately but am determined to catch up on them all over the holidays as I find reading others blogs really help me too.
