I am feeling really good at the moment and was over the moon to find I'd lost another 3lb. I feel I have got my groove back at last after it went missing for most of November.
I think I will put it down to going to meetings and drinking my water. I have always struggled to drink plain water but have been following a tip by CJ to fill a bottle and drink it out of there so I can see how much I am drinking and I am finding it easier to drink from too. I am managing to drink 1.5 to 2 litres a day which is amazing for me as I drank hardly any before. I already feel like I have more energy and my skin is clearer for it too.
Its been a while since I posted a full weight loss update so here is a week by week account to my weight loss so far:
My Starting Weight: 277.5 lb
Week 1 weigh in: 270 lb
Week 2 weigh in: 264.5 lb
Week 3 weigh in: 262.5 lb
Week 4 weigh in: 262.5 lb stayed the same
Week 5 weigh in: 261 lb
Week 6 weigh in: 261 lb stayed the same
Week 7 & 8 weigh in: 266 lb Things went a bit AWOL for the next 2 weeks and I gained 5lb the last week in Cyprus and first week back in England
Week 9 weigh in: 262 lb joined weightwatchers meeting and lost 4lb in the first week
Week 10 weigh in: 259.5 lb lost 2.5 lb
Week 11 weigh in: 256.5 lb lost 3 lb
Total Loss so Far: 21 lb
Long-term goal: 106.5 lb remaining and I will get there! Slow and steady wins the race!!
I am feeling really positive at the moment. I am hoping to lose 1 lb next week then will give myself 2 days off pointing for Christmas Day and Boxing Day before I get back on with things.
I am currently working on a menu plan for the week and will post that when I've done it.

Well done you, it's geat when you are in the 'groove' or zone as I call it. I'm trying to build that 'goove' up ready for January.
