My mini goal today is to drink a small glass of water every hour on the hour. I really struggle with this as I just don't like water. I have been used to drinking pop which is how I got to the size I am now.
I don't drink water anything like as much as I should so I am aiming to get my 8 glasses in somehow so have set the timer on my phone to go off every hour to remind me to grab a glass.
I'll be weighing in tonight. I can't weigh in earlier as I don't yet have any scales and am having to go to my friends house to do it. Its probably a good thing as then I can't weight myself every day or even twice a day.
I have managed 40 minutes of an exercise DVD this morning so am feeling quite pleased with that. Will carry on trying to improve the skipping too. Aiming for 30 skips now to help prove to ds that I am not old!! lol!!

Sounds like your water plan should go down really well, my mum says that she always has a drink every time she goes into the kitchen (which is quite frequently).
Good luck on the scales tonight, just remember that different scales will always weigh you differently, so when you can, find some that are going to live with you and be your friend!
