Sorry not been in touch for a while. Had tons going on. Am finally moving into our old house tomorrow. Got no furniture yet though so have to go on a spending spree tomorrow to furnish our 3 bed house then we can move in properly.
Weight loss wise - I gained 5lb between the last week or two in Cyprus and getting back on track here a week and a half ago. Too much catching on favourite foods we couldn't get in Cyprus. I have joined a weight watchers class to help keep me on the straight and narrow and lost 4lb in the first week but am still 1lb heavier then I was (so I suppose it would equal that I have gained 1lb compared to my last official weigh in for the facebook group.
Hopefully I can lose a couple of pounds this week too and start getting this weight off. I think it doesn't help that I only have access to about 3 changes of clothes at the moment till we get moved in proper and can finally unpack our cases. It will be like Christmas rediscovering all our stuff that's been packed up since we left Cyprus.
Its my birthday on Friday so will be having a few drinks then but my weigh in day now is Thursday so hopefully shouldn't do too much damage if I have a few Taboo & Lemonades on Friday night.

Back in England
We got back to England last Thursday. Thanks to Paul at Fat4Now and Scale Junkie for giving me the poke I needed to get myself sorted out and back on track.
I haven't had access to scales for a couple of weeks but I will weigh myself at Boots the Chemist tomorrow and will start from scratch as I am certain I will have gained but have decided its time to stop beating myself up about it and to pick myself up and dust myself down and get back on the wagon.
I have had a taste of lots of things I have missed whilst living in Cyprus and now feel more able to get on with my healthy way of life. I have just looked up a weightwatchers class meeting and there is one in town tomorrow at 10am that will be perfect for me as I think at the moment I need the support of classes to help hold me accountable.
Its nice so far being back in England even if we have spent an absolute fortune already this last week. I had to have a new laptop on Monday as I hated not having much access to internet and dh had a new computer on Wednesday. We went to Toys R Us on Monday and got all the kids Christmas presents sorted in one swoop. We have also got them a Wii for Christmas and I am thinking of getting a Wii Fit for me. Has anyone used them at all and if so what do you think of them?
I know I have neglected this blog dreadfully this past few weeks but I promise to get back on track now with daily updates now - no excuses and get back to reading all my favourite blogs for inspiration.
I think part of my problem this last 3 weeks or so has been I stopped going on WeightWatchers Online and reading Weightloss blogs as I had so much to do getting the house cleared and it meant that the healthy eating fell completely by the wayside. When I wake up in the morning I will make every effort to get back on track and sort myself out.
I went to the doctor's on Tuesday too about a long standing medical problem and was told that losing weight will definitely help me and also dh has finally agreed that we can have another baby. I have only been trying to persuade him since our youngest was born 6 and a half years ago!!! I need to get down to at least 11.7 stone (160 lb) though before we try as I remember how much I struggled being pregnant with Ellie whilst being overweight. So I have an extra incentive to lose weight.
Tomorrow I will list all my reasons for wanting to lose weight and then I can refer to them as and when I need to.
Right its gone 3am and I really had better get some sleep as I have a busy day planning my menu for the week tomorrow. I will succeed.

Kick up the bum required!!!
I stayed the same this week which I am quite thankful for as I have struggled to track last week and haven't spent as much time online keeping my tracker upto date. I'm not sure how well this week will go either. Not great so far as I just have so much to do.
We could be flying back to England on 15th November and I have no idea how on earth I am going to get everything done so menu planning and tracking has been at the bottom of my to-do list.
We have sold our business and that is going through nicely and should be complete tomorrow and our buyers are taking us out on Friday night to celebrate but I'm not sure what kind of restaurant we are going to.
I have decided to join the weight watchers meetings as soon as we are back in England as at the moment I am an online member but I feel like I need the kick up the bum to get going again with weight loss. I had such a great start and I am determined to get back on the wagon its just so hard at the moment. Hopefully things will improve soon on the weight loss front. I feel like I have let myself down and have lost my positive mental attitude I had a few weeks ago. I suppose the one good thing is at least I haven't gained yet.
We haven't had a chance to go shopping and probably won't do a proper shop now til we are back in England so we are just buying bits which isn't helping either and I'm finding it hard to plan.
Right I had better go and get on with clearing out the worst room in the house - the downstairs bedroom / dumping ground. Its gonna take a lot of blood, sweat and tears to get that room cleared. Wish me luck. Gulp!!!!
